NANIO «CCVE»

NANIO «CCVE» is the Russian leader in certification. It is the only Certification Centre in Russia and the CIS accepted in the IECÅõ Scheme (INTERNATIONAL ELECTROTECHNICAL COMMISSION SCHEME FOR CERTIFICATION TO STANDARDS RELATING TO EQUIPMENT FOR USE IN EXPLOSIVE ATMOSPHERES (IECEx SCHEME).

The staff of NANIO «CCVE» possess comprehensive knowledge and extensive practical experience in testing and certification of explosion-proof and mine electrical equipment, mining equipment and different types of non-electrical equipment used in explosive atmospheres, in certification of Quality Management Systems (QMS) of enterprises which manufacture the above mentioned products.

The staff of the Centre is composed of qualified specialists in safety of equipment intended for use in explosive atmospheres and Quality Systems Certification. 17 experts working for the Centre are included in the Register of Personnel Certification System of Rostekhregulirovaniye, 10 experts have been qualified in accordance with the requirements of Industrial safety examination system of Rostekhnadzor of Russia, 1 expert is an auditor of European Organization for Quality (EOQ), 2 experts are auditors of the International system for certification to standards relating to equipment for use in explosive atmospheres.

NANIO «CCVE» is staffed with 2 Doctors of Science and 7 Candidates of Science.

Since 1997 the representatives of NANIO «CCVE» have participated in the activity of Technical Committee 403 which is the Russian analog of TC 31 “Equipment for explosive atmospheres" of the International Electrotechnical Commission.

In October 2004 NANIO «CCVE» was accepted in the IECEx Scheme as Ex Certification Body (ExCB) and Ex Testing Laboratory (ExTL). Based on this accreditation NANIO «CCVE» has the right to issue the Certificates of Conformity and Test Reports recognized by the countries, which participate in the Scheme, and also to accept Test Reports and Quality Assessment Reports issued by other ExCBs and ExTLs when issuing the National Certificates.
